What does the domain check report?
Domain check combines WHOIS/RDAP expiry data with an HTTP→HTTPS redirect walk. You can see when the domain is due to renew and whether visitors who type the bare domain are sent safely to HTTPS — two common causes of “the site is down” tickets that are not hosting failures at all.
When should you run a domain check?
Run it before renewals, after a registrar transfer, or when users report certificate warnings. An expired domain or a broken redirect chain looks like a website outage even when the server is healthy.
